What I See

Behind my eye's I see you

The goodness you project

Your special way with other's

No more then I expect.

Up in my head I figured out

Like a soft breeze through my mind

Someone sweet, thoughtful and good

You are that special kind.

Within my heart I know it's why

Friendship gives me such pleasure

To me it's extraordinary

Knowing I have found a treasure.

Now that I have described you

Someone very, very dear

Let me wish you joy and sunshine

Everyday throughout the year.

Such a world of wonder

That my eyes alone can see

I thank God for His blessings

And your friendship He gave to me.
