What a lovely season

Ice sparkle on the snow

A night of mystic beauty

Beneath the moonlight glow..

The days are cold and breezy

The evenings frosted and white

Not a creature stirring

As they shelter from this cold night.

Smell the smoke from the fire place

As it drifts through the air

All have found a safe harbor

Not a worry or a care.

Snuggle deep in warm covers

As I bid each one good night

May all of your tomorrows

Be full of happiness with sun shine bright.
