Behind my eye's I see you

The goodness you project

Your special way with other's

No more then I expect.

Up in my head I figured out

Like a soft breeze through my mind

Someone sweet, thoughtful and good

You are that special kind.

Within my heart I know it's why

Friendship gives me so much pleasure

To me it's extraordinary

Knowing I have found a treasure.

Like a beautiful view from above

A precious gift in you I see

Your kind and loving friendship

That means so much to me.

Together we've shared happy times

There were times when we were sad

And yet we stuck together

Through good times and through bad.

Now that I have described you

Someone very, very dear

Let me wish you joy and sunshine
