I wish I had as many friends
As petals in a daisy
I'd stay so busy writing them
Not a minute to be lazy.

I wish I had a lot of money
You know what I would do
I'd pack my bags in a hurry
And come to visit you.

I wish for more time in a day
For us to get together
My goodness how nice that would be
We would do just that forever.

But I guess it's wishful thinking
Like day dreams in my head
So I'll send this very special card
To you my dearest friend instead.
