If tomorrow I have gone away
Not there for you to see
If you should cry please dry your eyes
If tears are meant for me.

I wish that you would not weep
The way you did today
Because of so many things
We never got to say.

I know you love me very much
The way that I love you
And when you think of me each day
I know you'll miss me too.

And when a new tomorrow comes
Be happy please for me
God's angel took me by the hand
And Heaven is where I'll be.

I knew I'd have to leave behind
All those I loved so dear
And as I turned to walk away
I shed my final tear.

I sometimes thought about the time
When I may have to go
And yet so much to live for
Because I love you so.

So much more I wanted to do
Beautiful memories we could share
Good ones and sad ones
Thought of love always there.

If I knew for a moment
That I was going away
I would kiss you and say good by
Though in my heart you'd stay.

I'll miss you more than life itself
Not being with you tomorrow
And for that I know without question
It leaves me with a great sorrow.

God called me from his Heavenly throne
To start my life anew
I'll be watching and waiting
Until you are with me too.

So when tomorrow starts without me
Don't worry I'm up above
And every time you think of me
I'll think of you with love.

God has a place for each of us
More beautiful then I can say
So dry your eyes and think of me
I'm with my Lord today.

No more pain and no more fear

Someday we will be together

And live with God our Father

In His Heavenly home forever.
