So much to be thankful for
In good times and bad
Some days are very happy
And some can be sad.
But I have an angle
That lives within my heart
She's with me when I go to sleep
And when each day may start.
She lifts my spirits and my hope
Make me feel worth while
And give me that extra push
Walks that extra mile.
I'm not close enough to hug her
Or see her kind, sweet face
Yet know that she will always be
In my heart's special place.
