I have this very special place

Just for God and me

A place where we can talk and pray

Beneath a beautiful tree.

It's on a mountain way up high

I can almost touch the sky

We sit and talk forever

And watch the clouds go by.

He is so wonderful

Someone I need each day

To help me through the good times

And bad times along the way.

He has never let me down

Denied me not one thing

He is my mentor and my friend

His name I gladly sing.

Praise God the Father of us all

Be with us night and day

I'll meet you on the mountain top

Where we will talk and pray.
