Star shine and moon
beams at their play
As we reflect on
another day
Blanket the sky with
darkness at night
View the stars as
the moon shines bright.
Memories we had the
pleasure to reap
Locked in our heart
they will safely keep
Cherished times we
will share
Store them away with
loving care.
Days may give us
sunshine or rain
We have nothing to
lose and so much to gain
When day has ended
in the after glow
