Bad thoughts we carry in our minds
When we are insecure
The very lack of confidence
When we are so unsure.

You need not carry the burdens
The sadness and the shame
And when we finally look back
We know just who to blame.

Our heart is oh so fragile
We ask God to give us peace
And know that he can help us
Make our insecurities cease.

Think about tomorrow
Open your eyes and see
Throw away your sadness
Be the best that you can be.
 

Lord you're always with me
We are never far apart
And no one needs to tell me
Just how great thou art.
