Wonderful Father

Days will come and days will go
Happy times and sad
One thing that I know for sure
You are a wonderful Dad.

The times we spent together
No matter how many or few
I treasure all those moments
Dad that I shared with you.

You always set an example
Of the person I wanted to be
Your loyalty and compassion
That everyone could see.

So there isn't any wonder
That words fail to impart
The love that I have for you Dad
I will carry in my heart.
