I wish that I could find the words
To say what's in my heart
The love and affection
When near or far apart.
I wish that I could some how
Show you how I feel
The love and emotions
So honest and so real.
If you have ever truly viewed
Roses blooming in the spring
The velvet hues of beauty
That only roses can bring
The fragrant aroma in the breeze
As it filters through the air
Reminds me of someone special
And how much I truly care.
Yes love is like an elegant rose
Full of happiness and grace
And that very special love
In my heart has a unique place.
