Forget about the snow and ice
Just do one little thing
Throw winter blues out the door
And bring back the spring.
Spring time will be here soon
Put coats and hats away
Bring out the shorts and bathing suits
Warm weather here to stay.
Now that we've had our time
In the snow and winter rain
It's just no fun to be inside
Looking out the window pane.
So soon you'll open wide the doors
And hear the little birds sing
Thank the Lord for His blessings
He will now be sending us spring.
